About the Job

The Supervisor, Operational Efficiency Project Portfolio reports to the Assistant Manager, Operational Efficiency Project Portfolio. The jobholder is responsible for delivering strategic digital transformation projects. The focus of this role is day-to-day project handling at all phases of projects, from conception to impact evaluation.

Responsibilities

Manage documentation, schedule meetings, prepare reports and maintain project records.
Monitor, report, and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and generate status updates.
Identify potential projects risks or issues and develop solutions or mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders and ensure day to day smooth running of the projects.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT systems, data management, business process improvements or customer experience processes is desirable.
Training in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, PMP) and relevant IT certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
Understanding of project management processes and tools.
Ability to support cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability and problem-solving orientation.
