About the Job

The Supervisor – Domestic Taxes Projects/ Customs Project Portfolio reports to the Assistant Manager, Domestic Taxes Projects/ Customs Project Portfolio. The jobholder is responsible for day to day project delivery of Customs and or Domestic taxes digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Manage documentations, scheduling, report preparations and maintenance of projects reports.
Monitor, track & report project progress, milestones, deliverables, and generate status updates.
Identify potential project risks or issues and develop solutions and/or mitigation strategies.
Makes operational decisions related to project tracking, risk mitigation, and coordination with stakeholders.
Influences project outcomes through timely updates and effective collaboration with user departments.
Key Stakeholder project management and ensure smooth coordination of projects team.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT systems, data management, business process improvements or customer experience processes.
Training in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, PMP) tax administration is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
Understanding of project management processes and tools.
Ability to support cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and cross functional engagement.
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
