About the Job
Applicants are invited for the post of Senior Maintenance Officer Grade 10.
Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Building and Construction, Architecture, land economics, Estates Management, Water Engineering or equivalent.
Six (6) years of relevant work experience three of which as a Maintenance Officer 1 or its equivalent in a public or private sector.
Must be registered by the relevant professional body with a Valid practicing license (NCA).
Have met the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.
Must be member of a relevant professional body.
