About the Job:
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading KCB’s brand sponsorship and activation strategies, specifically focusing on Motorsports, Golf, and Athletics. This involves managing partnerships, executing communication campaigns, overseeing event activations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of KCB’s Motorsports, Golf, and Athletics strategies.
- Manage partnerships, 360-degree communication campaigns, event activations, sustainability initiatives, and grassroots engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic sponsorship plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to develop products and offers that drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and secure beneficial sponsorship deals.
- Oversee the implementation and activation of sponsorship programs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sponsorships, generating performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements, managing risks.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor sponsorship budgets, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Control sponsorship costs through effective resource management.
- Guide business-led marketing activations, developing strategies and toolkits.
- Ensure consistent representation of the brand image and key messages across sponsorship properties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant degree (Required).
- CIM (Added Advantage).
- MBA (Added Advantage).
- 5 years minimum experience required.
- 5 years in Brand Sponsorships Management (Required).
- 4 years in Brand Activations & Events (Required).
- 3 years in Brand Management (Required).
- 3 years in Team Leadership and People Management (Required).
- 3 years in Sports sponsorship Management (Added Advantage).
- 3 years in Marketing Agencies Management (Required).
- 3 years in Public Relations and Media Engagement (Added Advantage).
- 2 years in Strategic Stakeholder Management (Added Advantage).
- 4 years in Budget Management (Required).
