About the Job
To efficiently manage the claims process under Group Credit, Group Life and Group Personal Accident/WIBA.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to claims process
- Constant monitoring and evaluating the claims process
- Follow up on documentation for all claims
- Follow up on claims and ensure payment is done within stipulated SLA timelines
- Monitor claim payments and generate various reports
- Response to client’s enquiries
- Follow up with Insurer for preparation of Discharge Vouchers and Payment of due claims
- Verify and ensure that all accompanying documents for Life claims are attached and forwarded to Insurer
- Ensure clients are served timely, sufficiently and effectively
- Maintain an updated Global Claims register.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- Diploma in Insurance / ACII
- 2 years’ relevant experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrate data and analytics skills
