About the Job:
This role is responsible for safeguarding the company’s interests by identifying, preventing, and combating illicit trade activities. This involves conducting investigations, monitoring supply chains, and implementing strategies to detect and prevent counterfeit and illegal products.
Responsibilities:
- Policies (Assist in creating and updating anti-illicit trade policies and procedures, gather feedback).
- Compliance (Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, conduct audits and assessments).
- TPM and Continuous Improvement (Support TPM activities and improvement initiatives).
- Reports (Document and report incidents, prepare regular reports).
Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social science or criminology.
- Professional Qualifications: A recognized qualification in security management is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in security management in a medium to large organization. Experience in coordinating with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Technical Competencies: Expertise in conducting investigations, proficiency in using surveillance technology, understanding of legal/regulatory requirements, ability to conduct risk assessments, proficiency in security technology tools/software, report writing skills.
- Behavioural Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high ethical standards, confidentiality, strong analytical skills, flexibility.
