About the Job

An entry and training grade position working under the supervision and guidance of a senior officer, responsible for preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, conducting monthly valuations, site re-measurements, and preparing variation orders.

Responsibilities

Preparation of cost estimates and bill of quantities.
Monthly valuations on site.
Site re-measurements.
Preparation of variation orders.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics/Quantity Surveying or equivalent and relevant qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.
Been registered as a Graduate member of either the Architectural Association of Kenya or the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya or any relevant professional Body.
