About the Job
Responsible for providing office accommodation and administrative services to the Authority’s staff.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the implementation of administration policies, rules, standards and regulations.
- Coordinating office management services, office accommodation, transport and logistics.
- Making arrangements for the acquisition of legal documents such as motor vehicle and assets insurances.
- Ensuring all the Authority assets have requisite ownership documents.
- Monitoring adherence and implementation of the departmental work plans.
- Supervising the performance appraisals for the support staff within the Section.
- Interpreting and implementing record management policies.
- Developing records management systems.
- Preparation and submission of quarterly reports on administration within the Authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
