About the Job

The Kericho County Assembly Service Board is seeking to recruit a Maintenance/Works Officer II on permanent and pensionable terms. This role involves preparing designs, bills of quantities, supervising repairs and renovations, and monitoring the implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

Preparing designs, bills of quantities and other contract documents for development and other capital projects.
Supervising repairs and renovations of buildings, plant and equipment and painting as performed by artisans.
Monitoring implementation of capital and development projects.

Requirements

Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Building and Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
