About the Job:

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials and e-learning courses. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create interactive and learner-centred content that aligns with educational and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Course Design & Development: Develop instructional materials (e-learning modules, training guides, assessments), apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories, ensure courses meet learning outcomes and enhance retention.
  • Content Creation & Enhancement: Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex content into clear, concise, and interactive learning experiences, utilize multimedia tools, ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Learning Technology Integration: Work with LMS to upload, organize, and track course content, implement innovative e-learning solutions (gamification, microlearning, VR), troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design assessments and quizzes, analyze feedback and learner performance data for continuous improvement, conduct usability testing.
  • Collaboration & Training Support: Work with trainers, educators, and HR teams to develop training programs, provide training on e-learning tools and platforms, support onboarding and professional development programs.
  • Others: Stay updated with emerging instructional technologies and trends, engage in continuous self-development, perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.).
  • Proficiency in multimedia content development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating learner performance and course effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance (e.g., WCAG, SCORM, xAPI).
