About the Job
Salary: KES 120,000. We are hiring on behalf of our client in the online betting industry. The IMC Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that unify messages across digital media, traditional media, and emerging/ modern channels.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Planning: Create comprehensive IMC plans aligned with business goals, target audiences, and market trends.
- Campaign Development, Management and Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, events).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and track expenditures.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems; optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Brand Stewardship and Positioning: Ensure all marketing efforts reflect the company’s values and unique selling propositions: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and markets. Ensure all marketing efforts reflect the company’s values and unique selling propositions

- Compliance & Responsible Gaming: Ensure marketing campaigns comply with legal regulations of the industry. Promote responsible gambling messaging within marketing content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in integrated marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
