Uplands Premium Dairies & Foods Limited is hiring a Human Resources Officer to plan, coordinate, and direct the HR functions of the organization and serve as a link between the organization’s management and its employees.

Responsibilities

Manpower planning.
Talent acquisition.
Training and development.
Oversee and coordinate performance management processes.
Manage employee relations.
Manage company culture.
Manage employee compensation and benefits.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Manage the staff welfare function.

Requirements

Must be a certified HR Professional e.g CHRP(K) or equivalent.
Must be a graduate, preferably a holder of an HR or business related degree.
At least five years HR experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Experience in managing the HR department is required.
