About the Job
The Health Records & Information Management Assistant III position is a permanent and pensionable role with allowances as per SRC guidelines, offered by the County Government of Machakos.
Responsibilities
Receiving and registering patients at hospital reception
Booking appointment for patients to specialty and consultants’ clinics
Storing and retrieving medical records and documents
Preparing clinics capturing data from service points
Maintaining record safely and confidentially
Directing patients to relevant clinics
Requirements
Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution
Certificate in computer skills from a recognized institution
