About the Job

Join the team at Makini School Kisumu, teaching Upper Primary (Grade 4-6) and Junior School (Grade 7-9) under the CBC curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach French and History to Upper Primary (Grade 4-6) and Junior School (Grade 7-9) students.

Requirements

• At least five years demonstrable teaching experience in a recognized School preferably one delivering the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) Education
• Bachelor of Education (Arts) degree with specialization in French & History from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
• Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of current educational issues relating to the specialist subject areas
• Strong leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with a diverse student body
• Self-driven
