This is an entry and training grade for this cadre within the State Department for Economic Planning. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. 65

Responsibilities

Collecting, collating and analyzing data in the relevant sectors. 66
Compiling sector-specific draft reports. 67
Providing support in the preparation of policy briefs and reports on the relevant sectors. 68
Capturing data on budgetary requirements. 69
Uploading information in the National Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System (NIMES). 70

Requirements

Must have a Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Finance or Economics and Statistics from a university recognized in Kenya. 71
