About the Job

Permanent position responsible for assisting the Director in the administration of the alcoholics Drinks Control and Management Fund and supporting County and Sub County Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee functions. The role involves enforcing liquor laws, conducting public sensitization on liquor control, and departmental policy development.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Director in administration of the alcoholics Drinks Control and Management Fund.
Supporting and facilitating County and Sub County Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee in carrying out their functions.
Enforces the liquor laws and regulations.
Conduct public sensitization on liquor control mechanisms.
Departmental policy development.

Requirements

Be a Kenyan Citizen.
Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration or any other Social Science in a relevant field from a University recognized in Kenya.
Must have either seven (7) years demonstrable and proven experience, three (3) of which must have been at Job Group CPSB 05/P or its equivalent from the public.
Possess Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
A post graduate qualification in a relevant field and proven experience in a regulatory framework will be an added advantage.
