About the Job:

This role is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to manage and execute the company’s treasury operations and controls, including cash and liquidity management, corporate financial management, and financial risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Credit Management (Develop and manage relationships with banks/financial providers, implement register for liabilities, ensure adherence to funding terms).
• Cash and Cashflow Management (Manage bank accounts, develop/maintain schedules of excess cash, handle daily treasury transactions).
• Compliance Management and Reporting (Prepare regular reports, conduct variance analysis, identify trends/issues).
• Accounts Reconciliation (Reconcile cash books to bank statements, ensure reconciling items are addressed).
• Macro Economic Environment Reviews (Leverage trends to advise the business).
• Stakeholder Management (Customize financial reports).

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA-K or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Competencies: Strong analytical problem-solving, cash flow management, accounting standards, ERP systems, financial reporting, risk assessment, business data analysis, stakeholder management.
• Behavioural Competencies: Critical thinking, effective communication, stakeholder management, negotiation.
