About the Job:

This role is responsible for monitoring and reconciliation of tax stamps and raw materials according to packaging schedules, as well as packaging/production process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Tax stamp and materials reconciliation (Handle tax stamps, monitor/activate/reconcile Digital Tax stamps, reconcile packaging materials and finished products, prepare and conduct raw materials stock count, monitor material performance, compile and update reports/KPIs, monitor reconciliation metrics).
• TPM and Continuous Improvement (Support implementation of improvement activities and TPM ways of working).

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Purchasing & Supply Management, or Business-related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment. Experience in raw material management in a similar role/warehouse management.
• Technical Competencies: Knowledge in inventory management, attention to detail, basic Microsoft Office packages.
• Behavioural Competencies: Good communication skills, analytical skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
