About the Job

Responsible for providing office accommodation and administrative services to the Authority’s staff.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation of administration policies, rules, standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating office management services, office accommodation, transport and logistics.
  • Making arrangements for the acquisition of legal documents such as motor vehicle and assets insurances.
  • Ensuring all the Authority assets have requisite ownership documents.
  • Monitoring adherence and implementation of the departmental work plans.
  • Supervising the performance appraisals for the support staff within the Section.
  • Interpreting and implementing record management policies.
  • Developing records management systems.
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly reports on administration within the Authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
