Job Description:

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking.
Wash dishes and clean kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Assist in serving food to students and staff.
Store food items properly to prevent spoilage.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D (Plain) or its equivalent.
At least two (2) years relevant experience in a busy kitchen.
Certificate in Food Production/Catering will be an added advantage.
