About the Job
The job holder will provide exceptional support to customers, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide and maintain accurate, valid, and complete information of all customer interactions, transactions and feedback by using the right tools and resources.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, following up to ensure resolution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow company policies and procedures in dealing with all customer interactions.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- At least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or indoor sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills and attention to details.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, i.e, Word, Excel etc.
- High level of professionalism and positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be flexible.
