About the Job

This position involves supervising outsourced construction and catering services, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing facilities and inventory.

Responsibilities

Supervising outsourced construction services within reasonable time to ensure effective operations.
Ensuring work is executed within reasonable time to ensure effective operations.
Ensuring the efficient utilization of funds.
Preparing financial statements and procurement plan.
Drawing technical specifications for machinery purchase.
Monitoring and coaching of assigned staff.
Ensuring effective energy management programs to minimize or utilize utility fails costs.
Coordinating catering services.
Liaising with the cafeteria/kitchen to ensure effectiveness.
Controlling furniture and linen.
Supervising catering and housekeeping services in the kitchen/dining halls and the hostels.
Liaising with operation of food and beverage services.
Handling general welfare of students and parents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Hotel and Hospitality Management; Hotel and Catering Management; Hospitality and Institutional Management; Hospitality and Tourism Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Served in the grade of Hospitality Officer II Grade 9 or in a comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Valid Certificate of Health for Food Handlers.
Refresher Certificate in Supervisory Management Course from a recognized institution.
Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated merit and ability in work performance and results.
