This position assists a reputable, confidential Level 4 private healthcare provider located in Eastlands, Nairobi. The healthcare provider offers specialized and affordable services. The role requires an energetic, creative, and organized individual with excellent graphic design, video, web design, social media, and communication skills, preferably with a healthcare background. The role focuses on building patient relationships, fostering a positive brand image, and using online strategies to connect with and educate patients.

Responsibilities

Content Creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising, Website Management, Partnership Management, Analytics and Reporting, Compliance and Ethics, staying updated on design/marketing trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s of science in Business Information Systems, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), video editing and written content creation, strong understanding of social media/digital marketing strategies, creative, motivated, results-oriented, Analytics & Tools skills, strong presentation, organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently/team, good communication/problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, flexibility.
