About the Job

North Coast Beach Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences while ensuring profit margins are maintained.
Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high standards of service.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and preparation.
Observe HACCP, FIFO, LILO.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverages Management or related field from a recognized institution.
Master’s Degree in a relevant area will be an added advantage.
At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star hotel.
Strong leadership, customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
