About the Job

Infinix East Africa is seeking a Content & Creative Planner to join their team. This role is for someone creative and strategic who can develop engaging, on-brand content and creative campaigns for digital and social platforms, focusing on storytelling and connecting with the audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative planning for new product launches and daily brand communication projects.
• Create engaging, on-brand content across formats (short videos, graphics, etc.) for digital and social platforms.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns around product launches, holidays, and other key promotional moments.
• Brainstorm and write compelling content around hot topics, trends, and social buzz.
• Guide and collaborate with creative team members throughout the entire process.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
• Keep tabs on industry trends, viral content, and case studies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, creative planning, content production, media, or direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Film/Video Production, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in branding campaigns and social-first content, with a strong sense of storytelling.
• Super creative, fun, and able to turn ideas into reality.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Highly collaborative, self-driven, and detail oriented.
• Experience working across different cultures or with global teams is a plus.
• A portfolio or examples of successful content campaigns led or contributed to.
