We are seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers to be assigned to one of our partners in the selected Towns/Centers below; Bomet, Chogoria, Dagoretti Market, Eastleigh, Eldoret, Embakasi, Embu, Engineer, Garissa, Gatundu, Githunguri, Githurai, Isiolo, Juja, Kabarnet, Kangema, Karatina, Karen, Kerugoya, Kiambu, Kilimani, Kisii, Kisumu, Kitengela, Kitui, Laare, Machakos, MaiMahiu, Maralal, Marsabit, Meru, Mombasa, Mombasa Road, Muranga, Mwea, Mwingi, Nairobi, Nakuru, Narok, Narumoru, Ngong, Ngong Road, Nyahururu, Nyeri, Olkalou, Othaya, Ruiru, Siakago, Tala, Thika, Zimmerman. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, Incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities

Generating new retail life business from the allocated market
Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
Liaising with the various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Providing timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times
Gathering market intelligence to ensure updated product range;
Follow up to ensure persistency is at the acceptable rate; and
Promoting CIC brand.

Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course.
A Bachelor’s degree is desirable
Relevant professional qualifications in Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance – COP/ECOP/ Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII)/LOMA
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation skills and Problem-solving skills
Excellent customer care skills
Age- 25 years and above
