About the Job

Kenyatta University is seeking an Associate Professor for the Department of Construction and Real Estate Management.

Requirements

An earned PhD degree in Construction Management or Real Estate Management from a recognized institution.
At least three (3) years of University teaching experience as Senior Lecturer.
Successfully supervised at least four (4) Master students and one (1) Ph.D. student, since being appointed as Senior Lecturer.
At least four (4) articles in refereed journals since being appointed as a Senior Lecturer.
Evidence of successfully applying for a grant either individually or as a group since being appointed as a Senior Lecturer.
Evidence of attendance and contribution at learning conferences, seminars and workshops.
Current registration by relevant professional body.
