About the Job
Optiven Ltd is seeking dynamic, experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals to drive the company’s growth and revenue by actively managing client relationships and promoting property offerings.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing.
Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation tools, and social media engagement.
Take a leadership role in business development efforts, closing deals, sharing market insights, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulatory changes to offer informed advice to clients.
Support branding and marketing strategies, coordinate activations, and ensure high team performance.
Maintain a database of potential clients and offer exceptional after-sales services.
Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven support.
Together with the supervisor, set and achieve individual sales targets.
Provide timely sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to management.
Oversee preparation and review of sale agreements and title documents.
Represent Optiven at trade fairs, industry events, and corporate forums.
Ensure all property transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage company assets assigned for sales and marketing purposes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
In-depth understanding of the Kenyan real estate market.
Tech-savvy with strong social media presence (minimum of 3,000 followers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative abilities.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Flexible and goal-driven with strong attention to detail.
High levels of integrity and professionalism.
Self-confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent.
Adaptable and proactive in handling workload fluctuations.
