About the Job
North Coast Beach Hotel is seeking a Head Marketer to develop and implement marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost the hotel’s visibility and increase bookings.
Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and print.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Plan and implement promotional events and campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance.
Schedule and post brand content on social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn on daily and monthly basis.
Update website information, Online booking platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in a relevant area will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on Opera and Oracle Hospitality Suite 8.
Extensive experience in marketing management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
Professional certifications in marketing.
Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a marketing team.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments.
Skill in developing long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
A creative mindset to develop unique marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Willingness to innovate and experiment with new ideas.
Proficiency in analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
