Sun Power Products Ltd, operating under the brand Brown’s Food Co., is Kenya’s premier cheese manufacturer. They are seeking a seasoned security professional with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management to safeguard their people, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities across all company locations.
• Assist in internal investigations related to theft, fraud, and misconduct.
• Develop and enforce access control policies to protect company assets.
• Train, manage, and supervise security personnel for maximum efficiency.
• Implement emergency response plans and conduct security drills.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in security management (preferably in FMCG/manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of CCTV operations, risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Experience working with law enforcement and internal investigation teams.
• A leader with sharp analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
