Manage day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring effective installation, maintenance, and repair of solar, water purification, and treatment systems. Supervise technicians, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• Project Management qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in water purification and treatment service operations
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driving licence.
