About the Job
The Project Manager will oversee and optimize retail store operations, ensuring compliance with pricing strategies, managing stock levels, analyzing competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities, reporting on metrics, managing the team, and executing retail strategies.
Responsibilities
- Price Compliance: Monitor and report variances, analyze reasons, recommend interventions.
- Competitor Landscape Analysis: Track competitor activities, oversee brand ambassador activations, monitor NPDs.
- Stock Management: Identify and report gaps and inefficiencies, take corrective actions.
- Expiry and Clearance Management: Track short-shelf-life products, execute strategies, monitor clearance progress.
- Promotions & Branding: Oversee promotional execution, assess impacts, identify opportunities.
- Business Opportunities: Identify and implement display opportunities, drive SOS gains, explore new partnerships.
- Operations & Team Management: Ensure team attendance and adherence, manage leave and discipline, oversee daily reporting.
- Coverage & Market Expansion: Conduct call status and gap analysis, identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
